Zora is an adorable dark type Pokemon loved by many coaches who were delighted to discover that it would be included in scarlet and purple Pokémon. However, this small and cunning Pokémon has proven quite difficult to capture, so we have listed all the information you need to know how to find and catch Zora in scarlet and purple Pokémon.

Where to find Zora in scarlet and purple Pokémon

Zora is available in a couple of locations in Pale, specifically in West Province (area three) and Tag tree Thicket. However, catching Zora is more complex than reaching these places and waiting for one to appear. Zora is a weird Pokemon with little chances of appearing, but in addition to this, he likes to disguise himself as other Pokémon and hide in full view, just like Ditto.

Because Zora takes the form of other Pokémon, you must pay even more attention during your search. You will have to start meetings with the Pokémon that you can see in these areas and expect one of them to reveal itself as Zora. Here are a couple of tips that you can use to try to do this easier process:

• Pay attention to the minima pa in the lower right of your screen. This map often indicates which Pokémon are around you, so if you see Zora in the minima pa, you know that there is one somewhere near.

• Use the inspection function. By holding the L key, you can inspect Pokémon while wandering around the world, as in the image below. The Pokémon you have captured will have a Puebla icon next to their name. So, if you see a Pokémon that you know you have caught before, but does not have the Puebla next to its name like the others, it is likely to be a hidden Pokémon like Zora or Ditto.

Once you are lucky to stumble with a hidden Zora, it will be revealed to you in the first battle shift. From here, simply perform your capture process as usual, and should succeed when adding the child to your team.
